Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Royce Brand tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
